Too many minors work here that do not know how to provide good customer service skills or experiences. Unfortunately, I will return as it is the closest one to my house. Much better than either of the locations on Alexis though. Those would both receive 1 star from me.

The worst McDonalds ever. Ughhh. Always give you wrong food. Horrible service. They hire st-pid young kids that dont know what there doing ever. Very frustrating. Very irritating. Slow as h-ll service. They cant even update there phone number. Probably for those reasons listed above. Guess ill just have to go the extra mile to a diffrent McDonalds. Just so upset with everything about this dump. 😔 😔

I ordered four filet of fish and only got two that had tartar sauce on them. Then try to call and the number is disconnected. What is this nonsense?

This place is trash. They took my money when I used the mobile app. Couldn't make my order. Directed me to a 1800 number. They told me the store would contact me. Been a month now. Went in after they agreed to replace my order. Wrote my name in the book. Refused to replace it. Then proceeded to tell me to call corporate. It's like a 16 dollar order. The money's not the issue. It's the brazen stealing. Hope a class action settles this.

Slowest drive thru line; it’s wrapped around the building almost daily.

It was good. Food was good and fresh. Four star due to twice they didn't put something in our bag that we ordered.

Went through drive-thru around lunchtime and ordered a combo meal with a sweet tea to drink..immediately the person on speaker is rude and says I can't have sweet tea..so I ask to confirm "I can't have it or are you out of it?" Then 20 sec pause and they say that I can have it but without ice..so incompetent so I drove off and went to wendys where I got my tea with ice and prob a better burger and fry than McD's..this location is horrible and I will never go back

Only McDonald's I'll go to. food is always hot and staff is nice. Any other McDonald's near by their food is always cold and staff are rude.
