I enjoyed the fry-seasoned chicken strips and the fries, but I feel like your cashier could have served it a few minutes sooner than he did. I think it would help if you had 2 people working there instead of just one, to speed up service, make your customers that much happier, and thus increase business. But the food quality is EXCELLENT 👍 Keep it up!

While normally I have good experiences with the company.
This round had a few troubles, and a long wait time, with incorrect order 2x. Despite giving extra time for "fresh food".
But I'm willing to try again.
The workers were nice and considerate.
And I had time so I wasn't upset with them.

Nice friendly service, as it has been years since I have eaten Rallys (Big Buford - yay!). For my daughter, it has been over a year. We enjoyed our sandwiches and fries. Yummy! Thank you Rallys.

They are always located where the traffic is so busy, you have to block traffic to get out. The wait is ridiculously long and the food has changed. The fries are extra greasy now and the burgers are sloppy!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They had no ice. We ordered a coke and we got to window and paid, got our food then he said they were out of coke did we want something else we said no just give us a refund and he said we don't do refunds I said what?? It was your mistake and I can't get my money back? He said no I would have to call the number on the receipt and talk to them. If that is not a scam I don't know what is. Nothing like ripping people off of their money. I will Never and I mean Never go back to Rally's again and I will spread the word to everyone I know how they treat their customers. What a Disgrace!!!
