Review Mcdonald's - Toledo

They didn’t respond to the second speaker. We waited for almost half an hour. All other customers in the first speaker were able to get their food even though they were there after us. They said both of the speakers are open, but there was no one in the second speaker. We had to leave. The employees are good when you come in the store and order food, but man that drive through is really really bad and frustrating.

Ordered on their app then sat in my car at the curbside pickup for an hour! Then had to drive around threw drive thru to tell them I'm still waiting on my order, then the drive thru worker hands me a partial order and not the full order that I ordered, after talking to three people at the drive thru and showed them my confirmation email they tell me to pull up and they'll bring me the rest of my order, waited another ten minutes then they bring me what I thought was the rest of my order only to get home and found out they're still missing some of my order, and the food was cold! They said they accidentally gave my order to someone else, how can they when I was originally parked at the curbside pickup area? Very unorganized! It's like they don't know WTH they're doing! Won't go here again!

How is the concept of hot fries so hard? Like, "not enough staff" isn't an excuse anymore, I work retail and I'm not allowed to use poor service as an excuse for it. These fries taste like they're a week old and get charged full price for it. Screw that.

Worst costumer service ever. The employee that took my order didn't greet me at all she just said and I quote "you can go ahead and order". That's it, literally. And she didn't take my order until I waited for ten minutes. Like, I thought it was called FAST-food for a reason. I won't be coming to this McDonald's for a while.

If i could give them a negative star i would, the absolute worst McDonald’s in Toledo. I have yet to meet a person there with any type of customer service skills, all the employees stand around on there phones and that’s why it takes 12 hours to get your food

So not trying to be a Karen but I pull up and they tell the car instantly before pull forward. I sit there for 15 minutes (timed it) before they say "were closed" I say "`what" stunned i was waiting that long in her ear for her to say that as they just talked to the other car they replied "I don't have workers"... Like that's not my issue my issue is I wasted that gas idling when I pulled right up after you told them to move forward for you to say that. Like really no wonder did you forget to mention the time like you diddnt mention you were closed 10 minutes ago?

I order a Watermelon strawberry icy Medium size and got a small size cup they got me good on that will never order there again or any other McDonald's again. They miss lead on a lot of things.

They are terrible here! You’ll wait at least 15 mins at the speaker and that’s a minimum wait time lol. And then once you finally get someone, you’ll have to repeat yourself at least 5 times prolly cuz they aren’t paying attention. Lucky if they get your order right.

First of all,they need to fire everyone in that place..got our order wrong,took over 30 fucking minutes to get 4 sausage McMuffins,then no ketchup or anything stocked..had to ask girl at counter for salt and ketchup..she hands my husband several ketchup packets that were just covered in ketchup..girl was rude..really all of them were rude..finally get our food and mine was thrown together barely even on the muffin,egg wasn’t even cooked..I am going into corporate office cause this isn’t the first time.Im also calling the health department because that place is NASTY ..And you fuckers want more $$$???!!! Hahaha!!!!!! Trife ass place �

I came to this location to avoid issues like we have when we go to the one on Sylvania...yep...you guys do just as shitty of a job as the other store. Here's a hint...you want to make more money an hour...how about you pay attention to what people say and what you put in the bag! How did I order an artisan grilled chicken sandwich but got a breaded one...and ordered nuggets...the young lady asks what kind of sauce for them and I tell her...I'm handed my bags and check them....I say she forgot them and no she didn't ring them up...am I missing something?!?!? Then I'm told I have to go back around through the drive through!!!! There is no way in hell someone deserves 15 dollars an hour if they can't do their simple ass job!!! Only people who do their jobs right deserve more. Pay raises should be based on performance! And based on all the bad reviews as of lately....sounds like Management needs to go handle some things!

Customer service is lacking, to say the least. Staff acts like they're bothered by customers when there's an issue with their self ordering system.

Shitty location, they mess up everything and your food is always old and gross! Zero stars if I could.

WOW. Everytime I go here it's a joke. They never get your order correct. Tonight to top every thing else they have no fries. No snack wraps. Than to top it off while we are ordering they say... oh sorry we have no buns! Wtf.... your a restaurant that serves burgers and fries.. get your shit together

I visit this location at least once per week. Today I purchased 2 Big Mac meals for my teenagers and we discovered neither of them had any Big Mac sauce on them....really? So I call them and speak with the manager Corey and he tells me yes we are out of Mac sauce, they should have told you he also said he sent someone to go get some. He would not replace my meals because my boys suffered through eating their DRY Big Macs, and only offered me free deserts if I drive all the way back there. (which I did not do) I believe this is absolutely ridiculous and will never go back. We have visited this location for 14 years with no complaints from me for any of the many times they have messed up my order. This time really bothered me and they could care less if their customers are happy. They really gave me 2 BIG Macs with NO sauce and offered me a 50 cent desert.

I didn't even want to give one star. I went threw to get breakfast and they gave me the wrong sandwich so I drove back up there and the manager was very bitchy to me and they gave me the wrong sandwich again. Never going back �

Forgot my sweet & sour sauce AGAIN. After asking specifically if it were in the bag & them saying yes, it wasn’t in the bag. Get it together.

This is the worst McDonald's in existence they mess up 90%of the time here is today's got jalapeno double burgers but they had no jalapeno nothing. It won't let me put no stars it should be negative stars

You have the worst staff and managers. They have to be the rudest people I have ever met.

I have the McDonalds app on my phone. Buy one buttermilk chicken sandwich get one free. Today the app says free fries Friday free med fries with any purchase. I use the buy one get one free chicken sandwich it won't let me get the fry. Isn't this still a purchase?
