When I walked up to the counter to order, I was barely greeted. My pretzel bites were already sitting in a cup under the heat and I got cold cheese. The pretzels have been sitting there for I don't know how long and we're cool and kind of burnt. This is a disappointment. I usually love love love their pretzel bites. But I will not be going to the Franklin Park Auntie Anne's anymore.

I work at the mall and I can tell you this is the second worst anuti annes. Rude customer service and old pretzels not to mention the weight time for over 20 minutes.

Worst service I have ever experanced. Horrible wait time. Food was poor plus the wrong order. The manager "Logan" treated my wife so poorly I am forced to write this review. I will never go here again.
