Carmel's With A Twist

I order the funky dip 6/25/22 around 6 pm. First she put the order in wrong which was okay. I came back and they replaced the order. But the funky dip was completely covered in greasy water. The refried beans were soupy and bland and the taco meat taste like it came out of a can. It's kind of hard to tell in the picture but you can see all the grease and water on the sides of the bowl. I order this dish all the time so I know it's a little greasy but this time it was funky dip soup. You're gonna give someone a heart attack or stroke by serving them funky grease soup. I can't believe I wasted $13 on that order. I've spent a lot of money with that restaurant so they should be ashamed. I know I am. With the prices of gas is it really feasible to waste money on a restaurant with un remorseful cooks? Speaking of that, who is the cook responsible for this catastrophic dish? They should be terminated immediately. This had to have been done with intention. There is absolutely no way all that water and grease was put in there by accident. Just lazy. With that being said something has to and will be done about this, rather it's by me or by the restaurant because this is undoubtedly inexcusable. I wonder what would the health department have to say about this🤔 Because it doesn't appear that the owner ever respond to any reviews

Frozen margaritas were taken out of the freezer, not from a machine. Taste is good, size is disappointing(on the rocks) . Food wise ground beef was terrible, it melts in your mouth, similar to taco bell meat. Chicken was good, not dry at all. Fajitas were good. Guacamole NEEDS seasoning. Serving sizes were good and table service was GREAT.
