Papa Johns Pizza

First time eating papa johns and I am not satisfied AT ALL. As far as how it looks it get’s a C+ but as far as the taste it’s most definitely a F. It taste like cardboard and when getting to the crust all I could taste was dough. It was very dry that I had to take a drink of water after every bite and it lacked of flavor. I only ate them because I didn’t want to leave the house with my toddler because it’s too cold outside and they were affordable but I honestly I was better off going to McDonald’s or something. I would’ve sent it back but they were closed.

There is a girl named Kalyee that is absolutely rude to customers. Had an issue with our online order. Our email confirmation stated our order was ready. When we got to the store she told us they never received our order and that we have to take it up with corporate. Even though we had a confermation email and they had taken $54 off of our card. She was extremely rude about it when we asked them to reverse our money sense they were not going to make the pizzas. I absolutely will not go back.

Ordered online and the app didn't take my payment. When the driver showed up at my house I have to call into tue store to give them credit card number and they changes me an additional $11 and didn't tell me. Called into the store to ask to speak to a manager and he told me there was nothing he could do because we took the pizza. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN!

So disappointed. Just very mediocre pizza. Got a large “Six-Cheese Pepperoni & Sausage” pizza which barely had any cheese on it at all (and certainly not six cheeses). And the Smoky Papadia I also unfortunately ordered was not only bland too, but almost burned. When I called, the manager didn’t care about my concerns or complaint. Never again. What an insult to pizza.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered 2 pizzas and garlic knots. When I arrived, this woman brought my order to my car. I drive away and start checking my order. I received someone else’s breadsticks and only one of my pizzas. I call the store to utterly confused staff. The same woman who brought the order out came back to my car and gave me the pizza I was missing. She proceeded to ask for the breadsticks back. I pray that Katelin didn’t get the same order that was given to me as a mistake.

i placed my order at 11:38 and i live LITERALLY across the street. my papatrack said 24-34 minutes. when my order said on its way it was 12:02. i waited for my food until 12:15 when i called the store. i spoke to a very RUDE KAYLEE who informed me she was the manager and her husband was the owner and he would be in at 2pm. she said it said it would be here in 45 min. i told her thats not at all what the app said. she said the driver took it and had a delivery before mine. she was very rude the entire call telling me shed just cancel my order. i explained i needed my food im on a 30min lunch break and dont have time to order from somewhere else. she was so nasty i told her id be calling corporate and she said so all they will do is send the complaint to them and her and her husband will be the ones to handle it! i called corporate just to learn she was right corporate does nothing with regard to their franchise stores except send them a complaint to handle. i have been a very loyal customer to this store on key but after today i will never spend another penny with them. my food arrived at 12:50 cold and my 2liter of mt dew showed up a 2liter of orange crush. im so disgusted. vitos is right behind them... save your hard earned money from horrific customer service and order from vitos! they deserve ZERO STARS!
