Had a horrible experience. I stood in the lobby for 13 minutes with NO acknowledgement. When the manager (pictured) finally came to the front counter, she still did not even look at the now 5-6 people in the counter area. When I asked, she said her priority is the drive-thru. When I asked if there policy was to acknowledge customers, she said, in a demeaning way " Isn't it obvious?" I as well as 3-4 customers left. How Rude!

Staff is extremely rude! They are always out of every donut. They are always big let down. I will never come here again because of staff. They should really think about getting some employees that want to work with customers and keep their food stocked. You're in the food service industry! If you don't want to work with customers then don't work in customer service...just a thought!

I'm from Arizona so when I came to Ohio I wanted to try tim Hortons. I waited for 15 min at the cash register. And I was The only one in the lobby. When the girl finally came to take my order she was rude rolled her eyes acting like taking my order was a huge inconvenience for her, when All she was doing was standing around talking. took 20 minutes to get my food. Which they got wrong. This is the worst service I ever had. Will never go back to tim Hortons if this is how they treat there customers

I visited the Tim Hortons on Alexis Rd Sylvania Ohio in Aug 2018. Before I got out of my car one employee was hanging outside of the entrance door, another one was at the back of the building on her phone screaming at someone! When I entered to order the employees acted as if it were the last place in the world they wanted to be. My coffee was cold and the food was not good. I have Loved Tim Hortons for years & always praised their coffee, stores, & food! This was the worst & seems to becoming a trend. I called, I wrote several emails & received No response to my complaint. I normally do not complain & really expected a swift resolve. Unfortunately it didn't happen which has led to my unfortunate post. I'm sorry Tim's Im switching to my home brew where the service is always good, the coffees hot & I save a few dollars to boot!

The sugar free coffee is fair, but i prefer bigby or Starbucks. The food is ok but not great. My bagel was supposed to be toasted but was soggy and lukewarm. I’ve been there several times and each time my order was correct and timely but just didn’t taste great. I probably won’t go back. To be fair, my friend liked her frozen Oreo drink and said she would order it again.

They don’t serve lunch at this location, so be aware of that.
I ordered breakfast sandwiches instead and after having paid and waiting around 10 minutes the cashier came back and said we are out of the sausage I ordered… why did it take so long for you to figure that out?
Drive thru is awkward with the placement of the speaker - someone drove right past it while I was there.
Tim Horton’s coffee used to be a lot better 10 years ago, I will probably will only come to this location for donuts from now on.
