Our experience last night was amazing. There were literally only two people working and they were absolutely amazing and very professional. They didn't rush, yet it didn't take long to get our food. Best McDonald's I have gone to in Ohio and even Michigan.You won't be disappointed.

The person w hot pink/sparkly nails working on Sun 7/3 at 10:45 PM was amazingly efficient and polite - best worker at any McDonald's in the Toledo area. I would know because I stopped by two McDonald's locations w horrific service before coming to this one. Thank you, love

Failed on order accuracy on my mobile app order. Line around the building so far to inconvenient to correct the order once you drive away from the window. Also food temperature was lower that acceptable for consumption. Hopefully just an off day for them for this order. Usually my orders are perfect.

Every single time we go here we have to check our bags before leaving the window because they always forget something!!! Or something is wrong for instance if I ask for a cheeseburger with ketchup and cheese only it has everything on it. They never get your order correct the first time.

I pretty much believe it's impossible they could have this much of a high score I have been going here since the day they open their doors I am 56 years old it has been getting nothing but worse? And they want more money That's a good thing if you want to work it seems like everyone is just having fun there lots of noise in the background work should be fun as long as the job is done right Can't remember the last time I had a good hot meal there

ordered the first time, realized they made all my food completely wrong, went back to have them re-make it and it was still completely wrong. asked for no mustard and extra onions, all i got both times we’re just mustard and ketchup. waited 1 hour in line the first time and 20 minutes the second. i understand there’s not many people but how does an order get messed up TWICE?
