Little Caesars

The worst pizza store in south Toledo… just went there to get a $5.00 hot and ready… stood in line while several customers who came in after me got taken care of and then when I got to the counter I was told they didn’t have any hot and ready pizza ready and they were only going to be open 15 minutes more and they had 4 orders in front of mine and they would not be able to make my pizza before they closed? This was at 8:30 on a Monday night…. Lazy employees… awefull customer service…. I will never buy anything from them again….

We came inside and ordered 4 Hot N Readys and 2 breadsticks. After 20 minutes of watching others come and go I asked what was the problem. They claimed every person coming and going called ahead, but they were ordering Hot N Readys too!! After 30 minutes we FINALLY got our pizza. The food was cold and overcooked so I called them. I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager but wouldn't give her name. The pizza we got looks like Kroger frozen pizza. 🤬🤬🤬 Do NOT recommend!!!

Never thought I'd give four stars to Little Caesars pizza, but today it deserved it. I ordered a slices and sticks, the one where it's half Pizza half cheese sticks. While I had to wait for them to make it, I must admit that the man who took my order was not only polite, but actually nice. The place was cleaner than it usually is, and the pizza that I took home was so very good! It was hot, it was cheesy, it was well seasoned, and all around delicious. If they keep this up, I will be more than happy to make Little Caesars my go-to pizza joint! Gold stars to the guys at work today! Nov 29, 2021 at 12:30pm.

We tried to place an online order because their Hot N Ready's are never good.. when I got there the portal was broken.The pizza was cold and did not seem like it had any puzza sauce on it. The crazy bread was horribly overcooked and it was not edible. We ended up throwing it away. Do not waste your time or money. We learned our lesson and will not be ordering from there again
