My youngest daughter, Shannan, and I went here. This was on her recommendation. She loved it! I did not. I had mixed in a bowl spicy chicken and it was supposed to be mild, white rice, a little white sauce, white stringy cheese. It had no flavor at all. Ugh and it was too spicy for me. Definitely an acquired taste and not for everyone.

Poor service, and I don’t mean like they were unfriendly or anything like that. The girl that i assume was taking orders was too busy flirting with the cool to take orders. I stood in line for 10 minutes and not a single order was taken. Very confused on what type of message this location is trying to communicate to its customer base.

Food is always great but the Customer Service is no where near Chipotle Standards. Every time I’ve gone in, it’s always this same individual. They’re serving and they have this attitude like it’s such a chore to be there and it’s a bad reflection on the company, this location in particular. I’ve been lied to saying that their system is down, near closing time, while they’re putting things away and that person busted out laughing as I walked out the door that night. The second time, I recognized the person again and same attitude not just Twitter m towards me but the the previous guests ahead of me. Light rolling of the eyes and body language that was given off negatively when I and others asked for more of this or a little bit more of that. Overall, unpleasant experience. I’d rather visit a different location while I’m in that area. This person, I’m sure if even talked to will just fake the happy, I’m sure still giving of that vibe. All the other Chipotle’s I’ve been to, the workers attitudes and expressions were always so positive and approachable to connect with even to soak up small talk. At this location, it’s dead.

The girl working the counter completely rushed me through ordering, guess she had something more important to do. Tried to charge me extra to have meat with a kids build your own when the description on the menu CLEARLY says one of the items is meat. Already not a huge fan of Chipotle and DEFINITELY won't go back to THIS location

The food was good. The meat that I ordered had just ran out and they got some made fresh from the back instead of telling me to pick someing else which I appreciate.
However some of the service was unprofessional. The line was prettly long, they were obviously busy and the employee running cash register was having a personal conversation with a friend on his earbuds the whole time we were there.

I know working at a Chipotle may not be the career goal for most people but would it hurt to not look like you hate your life & treat every customer like they are a burden?
Food was fine but the employee's attitudes make you not want to ever come back.

Person making food was kind & helpful. The young lady that cashed us out had a bad attitude and made us feel like we were bothering her so 5 stars for the food and 0 for cashier customer service.

Waited for 15 minutes in line, with only 1 person working in the front and 6 people were in the back chatting, seemed to be avoiding the customers. Finally my turn and ordered 2 salads and they told me that there was no vinaigrette for the salad. Asked them to make the dressing and they with attitude responded'"ehh ehh". Then had to leave the restaurant with no food after wasting 20 minutes out of my day. Sloppy management and bad customer service.
