Had a great meal! Service was great! Not very busy due to staff shortage. Food was excellent! The new Three Cheese Steak Dip was delicious! Alice springs chicken was fabulous as usual. The new Blooming Fried chicken is incredible and must be tried! I've never had a bad experience at this location

Love this location and all of the staff! It’s nice to come to a place where you’re actually remembered and treated with kindness and professionalism each and every visit! James, Samantha and Mel are our favorites. We try to make it a regular stop at least a couple times a week. Only thing we miss is the old chicken tenders 😭😭 but the filet is always great!!

Shanta was our server tonight. She got our bloomin onion quick. Refills without asking. Hot bread with breeze. She made me feel special for my birthday dinner!! Toledo Oh Monroe Outback! The place to be! Ask for Shanta!!

We were celebrating a family birthday and reserved a "call ahead" reservation for 6:30, which meant that if it was busy at our time of arrival, we would get priority seating, shortening our wait time. When we arrived !/ 6:28 we checked in with the host who said it would be 10-15 minutes. Other groups came in after us; those that didn't "call ahead" were told 45 minutes-hour, those that did were told the same 10-15 minutes. Three groups the came in *after* our group, and checked in with the call ahead as well, were seated ahead of us. We ended up waiting 45 minutes before finally being called to be seated at 7:13. The host staff said they were unsure how this continued to happen as we continued to complain, eventually blaming it on the "kitchen". The manager was eventually called and he offered concessions to pay for our appetizers and a free birthday dessert, which we were pleased with. Once seated, our waiter did an excellent job. She was very courteous and attentive, and very friendly. The food was good. Unfortunately, the unfortunate night became more unfortunate as one of our group members got food poisoning from the night and was sick for several days. That group member will definitely not celebrate their birthday there again.

Absolutely wonderful!! Samantha G. made us feel comfortable and so well taken care of. I wasn’t sure I wanted to eat here but my children and I were thoroughly pleased with the customer service and food. They went out of their way to serve us well, giving me a whole other meal when my steak had to be redone a bit. I deeply appreciate you guys!🙏🥳🥳

They have thee best blooming onion around. Best place to sit is the booths near the bar. The service is fast and on point. Food is excellent. Steaks are a little pricey for the size (compared to my other favorite steak house "T.R.H.") but I still make sure to come to Outback which I've been coming to this location for over 25 yrs.

We went on a night to celebrate a member of our party's birthday. Despite unfortunate events that surrounded the night, we had an excellent waiter named Shanta. She was courteous, attentive and very friendly. She definitely turned our unfortunate circumstances around with her great service.
