I always love ordering from this Dunkin’!! I’m a big fan of the mobile pick up option! I live in the neighborhood right behind this restaurant, literally 5 minute drive (probably less with no traffic) to get there. I order when I leave my house, then when I get there my coffee & food is ready for me waiting! The employees deserve some type of compensation for their amazing, quick service!
You can also get a large green tea 🍵 for $2 after 2pm.
Food was hot and fresh. The service was quick.
Theres a girl here who knows myself and fiancés order by heart almost as regulars. Really great staff, and always friendly. My favorite dunkin in the suburbs honestly. I actually prefer no drive thru locations.
Mostly I post to complain but this Dunkin Donuts is the best. I'm big on customer service and on the rare occasion they make a mistake here they apologize and make it right.
Dont waste your time at 8940 W 159th or 15615 S Harlem; come to 171st/80th for good service and good food
There are so many people working in here at once that its great to see them getting it right during peak hours
When I get in I could use more of a greeting but the quick service and quality of the product makes up for it
