I always love ordering from this Dunkin’!! I’m a big fan of the mobile pick up option! I live in the neighborhood right behind this restaurant, literally 5 minute drive (probably less with no traffic) to get there. I order when I leave my house, then when I get there my coffee & food is ready for me
I completely get they have a no kids inside unattended policy but I’m 20 years old and I was rudely welcomed in saying no kids allowed. When I was Probably older than her. Than one of my friends called and they denied doing that.
Particularly rude to teenagers. Awful customer service, rude manager. I will never go back.
My son ordered online and when he went in it wasn’t there. When he asked for help they told him someone probably took it and he had to pay again to get his food remade. He left.

Theres a girl here who knows myself and fiancés order by heart almost as regulars. Really great staff, and always friendly. My favorite dunkin in the suburbs honestly. I actually prefer no drive thru locations.
Mostly I post to complain but this Dunkin Donuts is the best. I'm big on customer service and on the rare occasion they make a mistake here they apologize and make it right.
Dont waste your time at 8940 W 159th or 15615 S Harlem; come to 171st/80th for good service and good food
There are so many people working in here at once that its great to see them getting it right during peak hours
When I get in I could use more of a greeting but the quick service and quality of the product makes up for it
