The food is fresh, great taste, and service. Reasonable prices. Worth coming early to work to enjoy before work and at lunch. If anyone knows someone is picking up food , you end up with a group order, with a happy crew!!! 7😍 Thanks

This place may not be the best store, but still serves good quality of subs. Depending on who makes the subs, the quality may vary. However, in general, the serving speed and ingredient freshness are good.

Today's visit was to this location because our normal stop further north on York Road has closed. This was our first time here and also, unfortunately, still during the COVID-19 pandemic. Freshly made subs with fresh ingredients makes a great meal. What I like about Jimmy John's is the quality of the ingredients. The service at this particular franchise was friendly, patient and helpful, a good combination. Only 2 tables for sitting and a countertop with a couple of stools.

Leigh is the only reason I go there. The subs are good, but it's her fantastic customer service that brings me back.
