I see the delivery vehicles all the time and now I know why. Upon arrival I saw quite a fleet of trucks. Impressive operation. I was again impressed when I went inside for my take out. The kitchen is within view of the counter and it was all hands on deck and appeared operationally sound. The pizza however was a little underwhelming from a flavor perspective. I thought it didn’t present a strong enough flavor profile. That said, I do think the ingredients are quality and the crust is a very good medium, almost deep dish like, build. The crust has a great profile!

I got the Caboose special to go. Pick up was smooth and easy. Deep dish style pizza with a "fried" crust that reminded me of how pizza hut used to taste as a kid, which I loved! I might try another pizza if I go back, very filling pizza.

Paid extra to add the pineapple. Living down the street and ordering delivery for the first time, pizza arrived barely warm. Crust was nicely done, they use a deep dish style. Not many toppings, wouldn't have been on each piece, but could be to to ensure crust gets done. Didn't come looking like the advertised picture. Fairly reasonable prices. Not sure I'd eat here again.

I recently stayed in Tigard for business. I tried the Pizza Caboose based on the ratings and that girl at the front desk of the Hampton Inn. I ordered the BBQ chicken pizza with the thin crust. Great flavor from the BBQ sauce, pineapple and onions. Fast service and friendly staff.

Probably eaten about 20 'zas from this joint over the last two or three years. I wanted to leave a review because I really appreciate the effort that the Pizza Caboose crew does to get the details right on every order. I live close by and love that they do their own delivery. After a hectic week where my kitty had to have his toof extracted, then my car was jacked - right from my own apt lot, and then I cut my hand wide open.... I needed some comfort food... I ordered a pizza on my cheat day. They delivered a beutiful pizza that unfortunately had too much cheese on it. I asked for light cheese and extra sauce because I am lactose intolerant. They totally remade it and sent me a PERFECT pizza. I was so hungry by the time the second pizza showed up, but it was worth it. Before the great panini, I would order one or two of their specialty pizzas when I would host Art Nights at my apartment. Everyone loved the pizza. After a long skate sesh with some gals? We order Pizza Caboose. Most of my younger life I have worked as a pizza chef across the midwest. I even had a Pizza Resume at one point... I've worked at dive bars and 4 star pizza restaurants... I've probably worked at over 20 pizza-centered restaurants during my travels in life. I can honestly say I have never made a pizza quite like the ones I get at Pizza Caboose. The crust is really soft and chewy without being doughy or yeasty. Theres a nice crispness to it that you can cronch into, but also really sink your teeth into. It's pretty fricken' magical. YUUUMMM!! Local pizza is the best. So glad I looked up pizza near me instead of getting chain. Very good crust and sauce isn't over powering. The cheese wasn't over greased with pep oil, just cooked nice and crisp.

Sooo yummy, prompt delivery, and I mentioned I had Celiac and they took extra care with the order! Such a relief after a 12 hour drive to Portland. Highly recommend! (Gluten free pizza was AMAZING)

Great customer service for pickup. Great food, crispy and fluffy good flavor crust. Mexican pizza and hamburger pizza are very good! Great price and I love the half and half option trying to feed a large picky family of kids

Everyone kept raving about this place. I do not get it. The pizza was average at best and the service needs work. The pizzas we ordered reminded me of Domino's before they upgraded If you pine for High School cafeteria pizza this is your place

Terrible service from the pizza caboose located at 11670 Sw Pacific Hwy Tigard Oregon 97223 we have had many problems with this restaurant! Drivers being very-very late! Orders not being made right ect.... The owner seems to be ok with people never coming back he is rude and detached from practical business practices. We ordered a pizza on 12-28-2017 we were told 45 to 50 mins for delivery! It was an hour and when we called him to find out were our pizza was it had not even left his store! We asked him why has it not left and he became aggregated and when i asked him for some kind of deal for it being late he says," Why don't we just cancel the order" "CLICK" he hung up! If you have had a bad experience please share it here. We are all about supporting local business but with that kind of serves i hope they close the doors soon. We all have 100s of places to buy our pizza i we choose him but i guess he is ok and make plenty of money if people go some place else. Way to go buddy!!!

The pizza is pretty darn good and the potato spikes are great! Very reasonable prices as well and they have a pretty decent little selection of microbrews on tap as well. To avoid birthday parties with a bunch of noisy kids go on the weekdays.

Magic Pan. There is magic in the bubble pizza pans. This place has one of my all time favorite pizza crust.

Okay.... Pizza Caboose pizza is good but its not great. The staff is friendly. You can buy better tasting pizza somewhere else for cheaper.
