Nugget Markets

One of my favorite grocery stores on the planet. I love the amount of cheeses and a great selection of wines. This grocery is a bit expensive, but it’s selection of items are upper end and hello, Tiburon prices. I go to the big grocery store down the street for big shopping and this grocery store is my go to for all of the extras. The deli is amazing. The employees all seem to really enjoy their jobs and they make it that much better than other grocers near me.

If they don't have it - you don't need it...a very Big Birthday Party took us to Nugget...for ALL things party - and, then some... Fabulous produce, great butchers, terrific staff...good parking, little bakery... In addition, much to our surprise...they have more than Beer and Wine! We were Wowed by the scope of Mkt - Sushi, Deli, Scotch, Butcher Shop...Note: All Staff are friendly!

When I lived in Millvalley this store it was my go to most favorite wonderful store ever! The checkout staff was always so friendly efficient and kind. Even during the beginnings of Covid everything was top-notch and well done. After being away for a year I returned to nugget market and was overwhelmed by how fantastic the store continues to be. Wish I lived closer. Five stars in every department.

The selection of items at Nugget Market is spectacular. I was surprised at how affordable they are, I left with more items ant spent less money than I usually do at my usual super market. The staff is friendly and were able to help me find the items I was having trouble locating. I would gladly recommend Nugget Market to my friends and family because I've had nothing but positive experiences while shopping there. The location is great, they're practically across the street from the waterfront with a view of the city and the SF Bay. I will definitely go back to Nugget Market next time I get paid.

Update: this store is the perfect marriage between Safeway, Whole Foods, and boutique. Brands you love and interesting local brands you love to support, without marginalizing your needs like some boutique grocery stores. Really impressed with them, friendly staff, well organized, incredible selection. After adding a liquor license, they've got some of the most incredible deals on alcoholic beverages you could hope for. Pretty surprising. This place is always just nailing it from a community perspective of providing everything we need versus some of the other grocery stores like whole foods who feel convinced that off-brand products are what the people want. It's amazing to see a good blend of local farms and entrepreneurial businesses versus the larger brand products we really enjoy and want. Great addition to step up competition and local options. Very pricey compared to whole foods in general, but great renovation, perfect location, and promises to be so popular that parking, in what was a ghost town 2 years ago, will be difficult. Hope it drives some biz to Sweet Treats! Check 'em out! A no brainer of a great necessity for the people who don't live downtown, or want to venture to the MV Whole Foods.
