Staff cares more about mingling and gossiping with other workers. Tvs were driving me crazy. I feel like this is the places that dumps old chips into new baskets for the next customer. My margarita was so sweet I gagged. This place needs some TLC

Had lunch at Pueblo Viejo 11/18. Horrible experience, the food was bland and stale, the staff couldn't care less. Didn't touch my plate and they still charged me for the full meal. I would never go back nor recommend it to anyone else!
