Prices are very cheap here and it's always packed. I can see why, it's trendy, it's cute, and their drinks are so refreshing.

My wife has to travel a bit to get here, but she really loves it. Pre-covid she visited 2 days a week.

Love this place and atmosphere. The service was great, they serve tea very quick and hot. The tea was good and also their sandwiches were good.

Fabulous atmosphere! They have wonderful hats to wear during your tea. Beautiful table decorations and china. Service was good, tea tasted great, I had the red velvet. I liked the tea so much that I bought extra to take home. I gave it four stars because the scones and dessert portions were smaller

For thousand oaks this place is great! The deluxe tea was delicious and the servers added a wonderful amount of whimsy to our tea (I took my grandma, sister-in-law, niece, and dad's girlfriend.) The women in charge (owners I presume) were a bit scattered but offered to take our picture so all in all

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Horrible service, RUDE owner & staff, misleading prices & menus online. Literally told “we’re lucky they even let us have tea there as there are so many other people who want our reservation” - ya, because they probably don’t know what a horrible place this is

The Tea Room is beautifully decorated with exquisite china and glassware. There are hats of every Style and color you can imagine for the ladies to wear while dining at this fine establishment! The food is outstanding! I highly recommend this Tearoom.
