Chili's

My food was burned in 1 of my 3 orders and when I informed the girl (Sabrina ) I think that I didn't want it , she had an attitude as if I burned the food myself or asked for free food in exchange. The manager Caucasian gentle with white hair( I think he names was Charles but not sure) was also rude and acted annoyed because I wasn't satisfied with my food literally being burned the crust was so crunchy it fell off when cut , and the outside was burned to the point where the crust was black and brown. That should not have even left the kitchen . Judging from other reviews this place is going down hill fast with customer service and quality. I'd avoid it right now or go with full knowledge it's a hit or miss in quality.

Hostess and server both need more customer service expierence. I waited entirely too long for water and food only to address The manager after about a good Thirty minutes of sitting to find my order did not go through The tablet to The kitchen. I felt like The server could have caught that. The manager may it right and rightfully so.

I went with my three children and they enjoyed their food I ordered the pick 3 fajita meal and the shrimp and steak were awesome the chicken however was a bit chewy or maybe not even done. The romance Margaritas were very good I ordered two of those other than that I give it about three or four stars

Brought wrong drinks to adults, took 30-40 minutes for 2 kids drinks, asked for rare steak, all were well done, asked for cheese on fries and potatoes and got none at all. Empty drinks for long periods of time and never asked if was okay till we were done and ready to go. Family spent over $140 for father's day on terrible service and food.
