Pizza Hut

Ordered a pizza delivered to the house, when it arrived the box was soak and wet from the rain (No pizza watner bag) and pizza was ice box cold. Driver apologize and stated: "he was the only driver working tonight." Call manager and told her the pizza was not fit to eat. Manager stated: she would put me in the system for a Credit. I assume the credit was for a replacement pizza since I had to trash that one. Call back a week later and the manager stated: "she didn't have enough drivers to deliver. Call back a week after that and the manager stated: "I only have a 5.00 credit in the system". I hate when thomaston lose any business, but if your business lacks customer service it needs to be gone.

Called my order in for curbside PU. Waited 15 minutes as recommended before leaving the house. I sat there at least 15 min before asking an employee who walked outside what was the hold up, she went back in the came back out, told me it was half way ready and never came back. 15 more min later I went my order was. Just sitting there getting colder and colder. Their excuse was they got busy. Reilly! BAD BUSINESS!!!

Well I understand that it’s hard to find employees but last night I waited an hour after my pizza was supposed to be delivered to receive a cold pizza I was very displeased I had called several times to be told we are waiting on our driver to get back and I understand the situation but my pizza was cold and there was no offer to be like since this is taking so long we will knock a few bucks off in the end it was the cold pizza that I received that put the nail in the coffin for me
