Speak clearly, check your order and you'll be fine. We're all human and if I didn't customize every dang order I'm sure I'd be fine. However aside from the NOT plain burgers I've received, it's a clean, quiet place to eat and fast if nothing else.

We met a manager that had worked an opening shift at another location, then was closing this one. You would never know it. He had the friendliest smile and was so kind and helpful.

Thomaston McDonalds got my order correct.... after 3 other McDonald's messed up a simple order 3 different times.... McChicken... no mayo ...add cheese....

The service was amazing! The girl with pink hair working the drive-through window was very cheerful and made our experience unforgettable with her incredible customer service. We had a large order and it all came out correctly and quickly. Everybody was very kind and professional. Would 100% visit this McD's again!

I am editing a more negative review to say whatever new management or system they are now using is much better.
Faster lines, better service, and the one time they majorly messed my order up, they made it up and then some! The new Male manager is also super on top of it and friendly.

Got the order wrong.... missing items... however, what we did get was tasted pretty good... also called to let them know what we did and didn't receive... they are sending gift cards to make up for it...

Actually, I'm surprised I was able to scoot through so quick. They've really picked up their speed and McDonald's food... it's all the same, greasy and good. I love their fries 🍟, who doesn't? Good job McDonald's in Thomaston!

I have to admit that although I have had issue in the past, lately my service and food has been excellent! The new owner is always there when I visit and apologetic when the wait is longer than "normal." You all need to give these kids some credit. Most of them this is their first job and during a pandemic no less to continue serving the hungry public. Unfortunately, mistakes do happen. I want to thank them for risking the health and safety of themselves and their families to be there for us. Thank you!

Quarter pounders are well made. Better than most McDonald’s. The only problem is that they didn’t give me a ketchup for my fries.
