Review Yuri Of Japan - Third Lake

My sister took me out for my bday dinner. Our service was great. Our food tasted great. Our chef was so nice and entertained us. The manager treated me to a delicious dessert from Italy. Thank you so much for making my day special. We will be back again.

We were fans of Yuri of Japan (formerly at this location) so the bar was set pretty high. We are happy to report that the food was delicious and the portions were very generous. They are new and like so many locations today they could use more help. Overall a great experience and we will be back!

We had the habachi. Kids loved the chef, very entertaining. My husband was actually impress with their filet mignon, and I enjoyed the salmon belly. Overall, definitely recommended.

What an amazing experience! The staff was so attentive and really sweet! The food was amazing and you get a lot for the money you send! We were celebrating my birthday and the dessert was great! The staff is really what made the visit outstanding. We yave a seafood allergy in iur family and they were very attentive to that. They brought out the birthday dessert and my daughter had run off to got to the bathroom and the staff notice that she was gone so they waited for her to return so she didn't miss anything.

Our family came here and where immediately greeted at the front door, we sat down and the waitress came over and was very nice and greeted us and took our drink orders. We put in our sushi order(Kamikaze was delicious) and then our food order. Our chef was wonderful and was very nice and entertaining. At the end of cooking he had a fire trick where he was throwing around sticks of fire!! This was awesome! The owner came over and was very attentive throughout the night, whenever a drink was empty or a dish was done he came and cleared it or refilled the drink he was very friendly! At the end of dinner we got desert and the “pyramid” was very good and the owner gave a pistachio ice cream to us and it was a very kind act and we all thought it was delicious! I wish nothing but the best for this new business!!

Fantastic teppan style Japanese food. Between the 4 of us, we had the shrimp (golden and regular), scallops, calamari, chicken and steak. Our granddaughter said it's the best Asian food she's had and out grandson loved the fried rice. Everything was fresh and cooked perfectly. The scallops were especially amazing. We also appreciated that the chef who cooked the sides and our grandson's entree first since he's allergic to shrimp. We will definitely be back. They are fairly new and still working out the kinks on service when they are so busy.

This was on of my best dining experiences. Food was amazing. Service was attentive and on spot. But the chief? That is where they shine. A young man I belive his name was Kung. He was funny and so entertaining! And he made a meal to remember. Definitely recommend Aki of Japan.

First let me say that I wish Tony the best in his retirement. He was always entertaining and always greeted us every time we went to Yuri's. That being said, if you're a long time fan of Yuri's, Aki of Japan was tasty, but I felt that Yuri was just a little bit better. Aki does offer a variation in the menu and a few more choices in the Combination meals. The chef was entertaining and very generous with the fried rice (basically gave me two servings). We were greeted at the front door by the hostess and the owner. I spoke with the owner for a few minutes as he knew Tony for many years and we were frequent visitors of Yuri's. He also treated us to an Italian ice cream desert after dinner that was very tasty. He mentioned that Aki is in the "soft opening" stage. It will be interesting to see how they improve after they get more established and have their Grand Opening. We will definitely return after that.
