A hidden gem in thief River falls mn. Carol and Peggy run the Cafe. French toast outstanding. Also had the #4 scrambler excellent dish. Everything is homemade with excellence!

Fantastic spot for a good breakfast. The waitresses are sweet and attentive. I get the scrambler every time I come here and it’s one of the best breakfasts I’ve had and I’ve been to a lot of places for breakfast. Cash only.

Johnnies is always good. Very limited seating but always good food

We had a great lunch meal here. Small, no-frills eatery, but that's fine because the food was awesome. The bread pudding was phenomenal. Service is as good as it gets. This is a local place where locals eat, but they were friendly and welcoming to us out-of-town guests.

Bacon Cheeseburger was great toasted bun made it even better

Just love stopping here when we are in Thief River Falls! Super food with room for 15.

What a sweet small Cafe to have breakfast at.

The BEST hot beef sandwich I have ever eaten. Served with REAL mashed potatoes and gravy. A "dive" location with limited seating but homemade food worth its weight in gold.
