Wendy's

I LOVE Wendy's breakfast. I have it pretty often in other cities/towns. I don't know what this wendy's does differently but every item tastes terrible there. My guess is that they are either using less than fresh product or because they have such low volume they serve food that has been sitting out for a while. Everything on their breakfast menu tasted off even the potatoes. Lunch/dinner is ok but they mess up breakfast bad

I got the Southwest Avocado Chicken Salad as I have done many times before and normally really enjoy. This time most of the lettuce was inedible, the avocado portion seems to get smaller each time and instead of bacon bits, there were two strips on bacon which I had to cut up to mix into the salad. I can't take the survey on the website because I was not given a receipt. Very disappointed!!!!

So they ran out of bacon the other day. No prob. They messed up the order anyways. The manager called and offered to replace the order. No prob. When I went in I explained that they ran out of bacon yesterday, the potatos were supposed to be bacon and cheese. They didnt have enough potatos so I asked for loaded fries instead of the last potato. I got 3 extra large fries. Half cooked and soggy. Forgot to check the order before I left. You got it, no bacon on the potatos but was the first thing I said when I walked in. Go to Wendy near the hospital.

Absolutely the worst service ever !!!!!! I went to the drive up around 11:30 a.m. there was one car waiting at the window I waited at least five minutes and was not acknowledged by the employees. Went into the restaurant to speak to the manager about the slow service, she nonchalantly said I'm sorry and walked away while I was still speaking what rude service! won't be back! This was a prime example of why fast-food workers don't deserve $15 an hour

I ordered a Full size Spicy Ceaser Salad. The way they presented it to me for eating in was superb. They didn't just put a lid covered salad on a tray and say "here". They presented like a top restaurant would. Even the chicken wasn't just cut and placed over the salad. No, they spread the chicken evenly throughout the salad. If I lived in Thibodaux, this would be my go to Wendy's.
