Customer service is great here. They greet you when walking in the restaurant and they are really nice when conversing with you. However the food isn’t that great... The food was definitely a little older tasting. Probably because left out for a little longer than desired. It was also a little on the cold side when consuming. Due to the taste I will not be coming back, however like I said customer service was quick, nice and professional.

This location has amazing speed of service and fresh food every time! Regardless of what one orders, they always have the full menu available. Each staff member I've had the pleasure of interacting with has been friendly and welcoming.

I have ordered One entree and two sides and an additional cup of chow main in two numbers and mentioned additional comments as in my previous order, quantity was very less so requested them to add more in this order. But even this time quantity was less and it’s not sufficient for two to dine and not worth for money. Better have to try in different location and avoid this location.

Normally I like Panda Express but this location gave me the worst experience. I ordered a bowl and a bigger plate and then I was told they were out of white rice so I ordered fried rice. Then I was told that one of the entrees I ordered was not available so I switched with another one. The main problem was the incompetent employee could NOT understand what I wanted. As I was looking my order over on the screen, it disappeared. I asked the employee to please put it back on the screen but was told she had already sent it in and to pull forward. I reluctantly pulled forward, paid for the food and moved up (so I didn't block anyone behind me) and inspected my order. My bowl was nowhere to be found and the entrees were wrong. I pulled back around (because the front doors were locked) and being pressed for time, asked for a correction or a refund. The employee had no idea what I was asking her and grabbed her manager. The manager was more confused than the employee even after explaining THREE times what had happened. She offered to remake the food but the items I had ordered where no longer available! I asked for a refund and she refused. I told her to keep the money and food and drove off. Congrats Panda! Keep driving away your customers!

Horrible portions. I went past one Pandas Express that had a big line to this one because it was near my house, only a couple cars in line. Got my food, got home and very small meat portions. Bad ownership or management. I eat at Pandas often around the city and this is the worst one. Food still good but kid portions. Others I have been to and go to often are much better.
Maybe that’s why there’s no line here??? Need better management. Trying to be cheap and save money will cost you money and your business. Great place to go if you want no line and quick but SMALL PORTIONS.

After deciding I wanted to go to Panda Express and order something to eat the shrimp was good I got a very small portion of orange chicken the rice is very hard and they're only receiving a 2 star I will return again and expect better service✌
