Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Very disappointed. I ordered at the drive thru 2 fish sandwiches, and asked to have ample tarter sauce. I drove to the next window, and they handed me my bag. I said "already? Fish in 2 seconds? Are they even warm? I hope they haven't been sitting here all day!!" (it was 3:30). The bag wasn't even warm!! I like fish right out of the fryer! Got home, the buns were pretty dry, not much tarter sauce (totally had them bagged, and disregarded my request.

Just love that fried chicken sandwich. Nobody fries chicken like Popeye's!! Your prices are fair & we just ate at the Popeye's in Tomball, TX on our trip home. It's about 15 minutes from home. I got a chicken fried sandwich (delicious). My husband had chicken nuggets (so he could eat right then & not mess the SUV all up.) Oh, we shared a large Coke on the way home in the car, too .Thanks for the delicious chicken. Karen Caldwell, Spring, TX

Ordered online and at pickup the employee didn't believe me when I gave my name and said I needed to show receipt. Then she questioned my receipt because it was emailed and not on a delivery app. I think she thought I was uber or door dash. I told her it was "my" order and I was not the delivery service. Then I asked for sauce, she said it's in bag. It was not. I also checked to make sure order was there and correct and she scolded me and told me I can't touch the food. I said to her it's my food. She then finally understood that I was the actual customer. She gave me sauces....got home and fries were cold, chicken tenders were tough, gray and cold. Sandwiches were okay but not piping hot. Really disappointed in our Popeyes today.

I love the food here but the staff is honestly pretty incompetent. They don't take my order correctly, they confirm my order but still give me the wrong items, and even after correcting them they still give me the wrong items. This has happened more than three times, and honestly I wish there was another Popeyes nearby.

The food quality here has gotten so bad that today was my last time! The chicken is always over cooked and dried out, even the dark meat. Its a shame that management thinks this is acceptable because its always like this. Greasy dried out shoe leather for dinner, Don't come here, maybe they'll close down and we can get something else here. Sad.....

Stopped here on to grab lunch for my husband myself and our son to take to them at work and have lunch with them. The person taking the order at the speaker seemed very annoyed to have to take my order, the person handing my food (whom I am pretty sure was a manager) had a bad attitude and was very rude- I get to their jobsite and come to find out instead of getting 2 large sides of red beans and rice I got a box of old, soggy, extremely over salted, cold fries. I called to tell them about the mess up and come to find out he didn't even give me my receipt. Worst Popeyes I've ever been to. Left such a bad taste in my mouth- literally and figuratively- that I don't even care to ever eat at a Popeyes again.
