First time here and we were really happy with the service and selection of beer and food. This was by far the best non beyond, impossible vegan patty. My wife had the impossible and the boys had impossible kids burgers also. It's really nice when kids can get something vegan without having to fight to hard. We will definitely come back.

Apparently medium rare means raw. Horrible service, dirty tables, menus and meals are wayyyyy over priced! On the edge of the Market in the Woodlands so maybe they figure they can over charge. 12$ and it's 2.5$ for fries etc. Gluten free bun is extra and I question whether it is truly gluten free..... No ambiance. Don't waste your money

I had a good experience. I first went there with my friends for my birthday, we had a bit of trouble finding where it was located, so I do think the address online needs to be changed. But the burgers were amazing! I got the 1/3 pound, and it was really big. The fries were perfect, had just the right amount of salt and everything. The staff was attentive, and did their best to help us get out quickly. We had specifically said that we were on a short time limit. Some people that got there after us, got their food before us, which I do not understand. But overall a great place, with great food. I will be coming back.

I had been to this location once about a year ago and I remember extremely slow service. However, I decided to try it again, hoping to have a positive experience. When I walked in I got seated right away. However, it took at least 45 minutes for any waiter to even ask us what we wanted to drink. After ordering, we waited another 45 minutes to even get our meal, without a single waiter approaching us the whole time, or refilling my drink. Right when I was beginning to think that they lost our order, my burger came out. To be fair, the food was quite good. However, continuing with the trend, upon finishing my meal, I tried to get the attention of a waiter to bring the bill. Waiters and waitresses were seemingly running around the restaurant trying to satisfy similarly angry customers and failed to even notice the fact that I needed my bill. Finally, I got a waitress’s attention to ask for the bill and received a quick unenthusiastic nod and proceeded to wait another 10 minutes for the bill. This is by far the worst experience I have had at a restaurant in the Woodlands and many tables in my immediate vicinity experienced the same awful service. I will NOT be going back and I don’t advise anyone that doesn’t have 5 hours for a meal to either.
