Ordered a turkey bacon ranch w/o ranch add sauteed mushrooms. Got a sandwich with no bacon no ranch and no mushrooms. This is even after I brought a red medallion. Called back to speak with someone and no one answered the phone for a hour!

Wow, impressive salad for a very reasonable price! Great quality ingredients, every bite of this salad tasted fresh and delicious. Glad I was able to snag a seat outside but the ambiance inside is nice as well with more than enough tables. The bathrooms were also nice and clean. Happy with my first visit here, will definitely be coming back! 💯

I ordered a simple sub with no mayo. It took them 3 tries and they still didn't get it right. Zero sauce and no pickle. Just a dry sandwich.

Hands down my favorite sub! I always get the turkey and swiss but my lawwwddd this is delicious. 10/10 would recommend. Also, the guy at the register is so nice. But customer service I've ever had... I think his name is Michael.

Overall, a good experience. There was a notice on the door about staffing challenges, but I received my order just fine. The sandwich was tasty, the potato soup was OK. Oddly enough, they wrote my name down as “Brandon” (that’s a first), but nbd.

The food was great but the management was amazing! The owner recognized my husband for his service and went out of his way to help me avoid dairy. Would rate more than 5 stars if possible and would definitely come back!

Another sub house. Their cause might be lofty but their subs are sub.
Given a very competitive offering, they lack the choices I expected: For example, white or wheat.... and from then on I do not recall having being asked if I wanted anything special or added to my sub.
Their combos were not clear even to the cashier, who got help from another staffer.
Chili was extremely hot but I waited until I finished the half sub to eat, so it was ok by then.
I had to ask for crackers which were not offered and were hidden somewhere behind the counter in a high place.

I ordered online and went to store at appropriate time to pick up my order. I was then told I had a 20 min wait for my sandwich that I had ordered 20 min prior. Staff was also telling customers who were entering that they were behind and could not take their orders as it would be a 30 min wait. In the time I waited to have a sandwich made, they sent away around 5 paying customers. I normally don't complain, but there were 6 to 7 people trying to figure out how to make sandwiches and there was no one in charge. It should not take 40 min to make a sandwich nor should customers be turned away. If this is happening daily, then this store is losing a ton of money and customers.
