The Cheesecake Factory

Can't go wrong with cheesecake from this place. They have a ton of options for lunch, almost to the point of it being a bit overwhelming, but the food, service, atmosphere were all great. Our waitress was extremely friendly. Props for the changing table in the men's restroom. I got points from my wife on that one.

Had dinner with my daughter here last night. It was kind of a mixed bag. We had reservations, but were told by the hostess that she would "get us checked in & let us know when our table was ready". We walked a little bit away, but remained directly in her view. After what seemed like an unreasonable amount of time had passed, I pulled out my phone to check the time, and found two text messages saying our table was ready. Well, it would have been nice to know that was the form of communication they were going to use. We approached the hostess station, & she chuckled something about having to text me twice. I let it slide. Then, we were taken to a table that had not been cleaned. Back to the hostess station to wait some more. Finally, they took us to a booth in the back corner. It took a while before we saw our waitress, but it was the night of the 5SOS concert just down the road, so they were pretty busy. The waitress was great. We had no complaints about her at all. Most of the food was great, as well. However, the egg roll appetizer sampler was a disappointment. All 4 of the egg rolls were burnt, some worse than others. Shame on the kitchen for sending that out. It's not like you didn't notice when you carefully cut each of them in half & arranged them on the plate. Come on! Our waitress handled it kindly, & the manager removed it from our bill, both appropriate actions considering. Would we eat here again? Yes. But there were definitely some opportunities for reviewing standards. Hopefully, the manager followed through with the kitchen staff so they are a bit more careful with the quality of food they send out.

Great place to eat! I've always loved the cheese cake factory for a special occasion kind of thing but hands down a great place to eat. It might be a little pricy but it's totally worth every cent, especially if it's for one of their famous cheese cakes ! Would definitely recommend and go there again and again !

Always have a good experience here. The staff and food are always wonderful. They very much over estimate your wait time so don’t be scared if they give you a wait time of 30+ minutes, it usually is never even close to that long. Reason for 4 out of 5 is the rice was sort of sub par this time and slightly burned, but nothing so bad we sent it back. Overall I love Cheesecake Factory and will continue coming here. Probably because my favorite dessert is cheesecake 🙂

My hamburger was over cooked like a hockey puck and the second one came out raw completely, my chicken was over cooked, my bread was hard like a rock. I was told a manager was to talk to us and never came. We got no comps or anything. We had terrible, terrible food. I’m disappointed as it’s never been bad here. Service was great but the cook obviously shouldn’t be back there! They cannot cook. Clearly honey butter chicken is light brown, and the batter normally falls off. This was hard and very dark. I will not be returning.
