Subway

Today my husband stopped at subway for our dinner after a rough day.. only to come home with a 12 inch turkey sub with two slices of turkey and two slices of cheese not one condiments the sandwich maker just wrapped up and handed to him and than had the audacity to charge $12 00… no flat bread available This subway serves garbage and a serving of rude counter staff … please everyone save your self the aggravation and order your carry out from place else

The 1st few times I bout subs at this location, they were perfect. The sandwiches were thick with veggies, meat and cheese. The rolls were fresh. However, the last time I ordered a sandwich, it was horrible. Very skimpy on everything, bun was not fresh and everything was soggy. The skimpy sandwich was hard to hold, dripping and falling apart in my hands. I didn't think to take pictures, but it is the last time I buy from that particular Subway. I'll pay a little more and buy a sub from Publix where the sandwiches are always done right.

I love Subway. And this Subway is always really clean. The employees are also very nice. The last time I came here, I got curbside pickup and they forgot my drink. So I then had to go inside and get the drink myself. Defeats the purpose of Curbside pickup in my opinion. Today when I went, ordered on the app again (AT 1:30pm, wasn't busy at this time), and I asked for my sub to be toasted. It wasn't toasted. It seems as though they always forget just one thing. Making it a 4 star joint in my eyes. All they need to do is double check the order before taking it to the customer.. 6/18 UPDATE: I went again. CURBSIDE pickup...but I had to walk in after I waited outside for 10 minutes past my pickup time. There was no one in line. When it comes to the actual order, they always miss something. I ordered Italian Herbs and Cheese Bread, they gave me White... I don't understand. Changed my rating from 4 to 2 stars. I'm over it. Can't go back here and spend the full amount for something I didn't order.
