Not the best gators dockside not even one of the ones I would return to. It took about 50 mins for my fried wings. They were fatty and soft not crispy and fried tasting. They hardly had any sauce on them for flavor. I reheated them on my break because they took so long to make I couldnt eat before work. They were terrible. I ate 4 and paid 40.00 for the whole tray (I think 20 or 25 wings). It made me sick for 2 days. I will never eat there again.

We waited for 15 minutes to be seated. Finally a person showed up said we could be seated but they had a large party. We did. Then was asked why we chose a dirty one. I commented they are all dirty. The person looked around and didn't say anything. I then commented about the times we've been there and how poor our service was. The waiter Then said we could go elsewhere. Then a waitress came to wait on us. But later we waited for our bill. Finally went inside to pay although I felt like walking out.
People around the bar also said how poor the service has been in this restaurant for a good many years. Most likely my last visit there.

0 stars for Karen but 5 stars for everyone else that works there, therefore, we are meeting in the middle at 3 stars. Karen took my order on the phone. It was definitely a process. I repeated my phone number more than 10 times and she was still unable to get it right. I finally just agreed with whatever number she said because it was never ending. Ordered boneless wings and she repeated “wings with bones” and I kindly reminded her they were boneless and she said okay. I picked them up and checked the bag when I got to my car. Of course all of them are bone-in. Went back inside and was helped by the bartender who was very nice. The manager brought out my correct order and kindly apologized even though it was absolutely not her fault. Wings were great though. Karen should not be allowed near the phones though.

Friendly service. Wings with Gator hot sauce were really good. Philly Cheese steak sandwich was good. Not an original cheese sauce, but was still good. Margaritas were tasty with salty rims, but tasted virgin. Place has potential, but a little way to go for another star. Waitress Samantha was on point despite being alone working tables spread out.

We had to wait to be seated with no line. When seated we waited 10 minutes to put in our drink order. We put in our food order and the wings had no seasoning. I asked for some “dried” seasoning for my wings and they brought a wet seasoning. Took more than 10 minutes for a second round of drinks. Tables all around us has issues with service/food as well.

Service was horrible!! My Aunt and I sat at the table for 15 min and no one came to the table, this party just sat down and a server went right to them. So we asked who was taking care of the table and she told us she would be with us in a little bit. The table she was at said no take care of them first they have been here waiting for a while. The place was not busy at all we waited along time for the drinks to even come back. When we ordered our food we got it and no one brought us silverware so we had to eat half our meals with no silverware.. we couldn't find our server to ask her for anything, she only came to the table to take the order drink the drinks, then when we were taking the last bit of our food that's when she came to ask if we needed anything.. she only became attentive when she gave us our checks.. I think her name was Aaron but she had tattoos all on her arms.

Put name in @ 2 pm and told would be 45 minute wait. Left cell number with hostess.
Went back around 40 minutes later. Told it would still be a while. Went into bar and waited another 30 minutes or so. Went to hostess and ask she had any idea when we could be seated. Told we could be seated and order drinks but it would be another 45 minutes to order food. I asl why. Told because folks were ordering food from the bar that the one cook they had couldn't keep up. I ask to speak to manager to see why they would keep taking orders from the bar and leave other customers waiting. Told by hostess that manager would be with me when they could get off the phone. Had already waited way to long so left. Terrible management at this location. Seemed simple to me. TELL BAR TENDER TO STOP TAKING FOOD ORDERS FOR 30 TO 45 MINUTES.
