I feel their service and product has always been decent my only complaint is the new delivery charge I really hope that the driver gets a cut of that because it definitely cuts into their tips I'll still throw them a couple dollars but I already paid for a delivery fee guess guess that's just inflation for you
I am a teacher at Dry Hollow and I needed to track down a receipt from a class party. The assistant manager (one of them) Alicia provided me with amazing customer service and went above and beyond to help me. She deserves a promotion or a raise or some form of acknowledgment for her excellent customer service skills and knowledge of the company.

the ladies worming were so sweet it didn't give me the carsode pickup and I had my sleeping babies in the car so I rushed in hoping to grab it quick and be right out and they said it wasn't quite ready but they said they would bring it out to me so I didn't have to wait and leave my babies longer than a few seconds
once they messed up on our whole order and gave it to us for free it was over a hour late they forgot about us but they always make it right! thee staff is always friendly!
