Ixtapa Mexican Restaurant - The Dalles - Photo album

Driving through the down. We called a couple of minutes before closing (9pm) in attempt to place a pick up order (we were across the street at the market). We didn’t realized almost everything in town closed at 9pm.. Rubi answered the phone; she was super friendly and said they were still open and c
Best service experience since the pandemic. Came into town for a quick overnight stay traveling for spring break with 2 small kids. Great atmosphere, clean restaurant and delicious food. But what stands out was the exceptional service! Highly recommend! Coming from people who know the hospitality
The food was great but when I payed an they brought me my change they just tossed it on the table an my change went everywhere. Not cool at all. The ceiling fans was dirty an dusty. When I pointed this out they blew me off. If you are American an white, don't go. This place don't like white people.
Great Place to eat. Staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. Always a lot of food where we usually have to take some home with us
Love the atmosphere and the staff was very friendly and helpful! The chips and salsa were fresh and our food was served hot. I had the ixtapa chicken burrito. It was good but needed a tad more seasoning and was smaller than I was expecting for a $12 burrito. Perhaps I'll get something different
Great food and amazing staff!
A family and friends favorite with us for sure! Service is always friendly and the food and drinks always hit the spot!
We ordered a molcajete expecting it to be delicious, it was not. The shrimp was not cooked properly and was not deveined so the taste was not the best. The chicken was too dry and not well seasoned. Then the portion of the beans and rice for the price you're paying for this dish is way too little. T
