I really enjoy the energy of uptown yoga at both of their locations. They have great instructors that get you moving in a positive way. Very welcoming environment. My favorite instructor is Alexandra at 5pm on Friday's in The Colony. She keeps an upbeat quicker paced class that is different and challenging while also being fun to participate in. It's a very cool yoga class.

I've been to The Colony location and they are GREAT. My first time doing yoga (or any sort of exercise class) and the instructors are so helpful. They helped with my form and tailor the class so that both beginners and experts can enjoy the same class. The studio is also very clean, which was important to me. I would definitely recommend Uptown Yoga for anyone looking to start yoga or switch studios.

I first tried the Austin Ranch Uptown Yoga studio through a Groupon pass and immediately became hooked! This is the first yoga studio I have loved enough to invest in a year-long, unlimited membership. The studio is attractive, open, and conveniently located. The instructors rock! Each one brings something unique and wonderful into the yoga room. I feel like I learn something new about my body everyday and love the challenge each class brings. Practicing yoga regularly has helped dramatically in lowering my anxiety and I no longer need regular massages to relieve back and neck tension as I used to. I would recommend Austin Ranch Uptown Yoga studio to anyone!
