Luna's - Texas City - Photo album

The food was good. Portions were so big, we all had to get to go boxes. not sure id go back though. Not very inviting atmosphere. 2 waiters. No communication between them.
Best salsa ANYWHERE - red or green! Everything else is pretty good too. Service is excellent! Overall, this is Tex-Mex mas fina!
Excellent food! Great service! My food pictured here was great, but my dads cheese enchiladas were burnt; so he wasn't very happy. They offerred to replace them but he declined. The rest of the meal was great and we will all return!
The service was good and the food came out quickly and was so good. This will probably become a regular spot for us and our family.
Make sure to get the fajitas! Especially if you’re hungry because they were so good and it was a huge portion. I loved that they actually served with guac instead of having to add it on. The staff was very nice and attentive too. Great after a long day out!
My first time there with a friend & he was familiar with the restaurant. The food was great. It's an older place but that gives it character.
The Food Is Always Fresh, The Only Downside The Restroom Is By The Smoking Section. The Fried Icecream Is So Yummy!
Great food. We had a 10 minute wait which isn't bad compared to the hour wait elsewhere. Packed Friday night, but food came quick and was great. Our server James was friendly, kind and despite being swamped, took excellent care of us. We will definitely be back.
Luna's is one those local spots that is kinda a hidden gem in the rough. Pretty good Mexican food at a fair price. They have a bar and the margaritas are well made. All of the staff is super helpful . 4 different people asked to fill out drinks. Just an FYI they have a smoking section by the bar
Love this place! The food is AWESOME (they cater to special requests), the service is professional and quick. The atmosphere is clean enough, pleasantly dim, not loud unless it's packed. It has a smoking section!
We didn’t have much choices for Mexican food based off of reviews and this place had the best reviews. I do have to say the part of my food came out right away which I though was odd. I ordered a beef taco and chicken enchilada and the taco wasn’t good, came out cold and very greasy. My enchilada th
Luna's is definitely one of our go to spots in Texas City! The atmosphere is very relaxed and the staff are always happy to serve you. They make fresh tortillas on site and you can watch! For us it's also a plus that they have a smoking section, and it's not real smokey and stuffy! Lots of tradition
I did not expect to stop at this place but i am lucky to know this restaurant now. I loved the food, it tastes really good and fresh. The service was really good too. Why not 5 stars? I live in Houston and smoking is not allowed insided public places, here there is a smoking section that really stin
When I go to Texas to visit family we often go to Luna’s. I like to get the fried avocado! It’s stuffed with cheese, rice, and chicken fajita meat. It’s usually very good, (although this past September it was very dry) Good queso
This is my go to place for great margaritas and grilled meats and veggies. Helps with my diet. Grilled beef fajitas and grilled veggies or grill hamburger pattys with avocado or grilled veggies. And a bowl of their soup broth hits the spot! Or a dirty martini made the way I like it....shaken..not st
I love the food here the only problem I have is you have to go through a smoking section to take the grand abides to the bathroom.
Great drinks and pretty good food. Service is perfect!
Service was excellent, carne guisada was outstanding
Lunas in Texas City is our go to place to celebrate our birthdays and anniversaries! The food and service is excellent! Even when everything was shut down, due to Covid, they provided awesome curbside service! My husband and I even enjoyed a tailgate dinner under one of the trees in the parking l
