Domino's Pizza

Disappointing. I came into to a hotel late without a car. Called the number for this location on Jefferson Ave for delivery. I got a remote operator. After being shuttled to two other numbers, the person who answered the call said the location does not deliver. This was after 5 min of questions about my name, number and address. Seriously it took that long. She couldn’t offer another store to deliver, all she could say was go pick it up. I don’t have a car so that is not possible. I haven’t ordered from Domino’s in years. This reminded me why.

They don’t even deserve ONE star. We ordered at 6 received order at 7:20 and the left half off of order. Second time it took forever. And I can ever reach anyone on phone to tell them. Second time as well. We paid almost $15 above and beyond price of food. $4 for deliver $4 for taxes and 20% tip. Not anymore DOMINOES!!

Wanted to give an update to my post from a month ago. Tried giving this place a chance again today, and this place continues to disappoint. They still jacked up my order. Walk up to the door to pick up my order, just for them to tell me I have to drive around to pick it up. Why even have a front door??? I already drove around twice and it not being ready. Find a better way to expedite your food to customers. Now I'm having to set behind a line of cars that came in after me. And of course I pay for all my toppings just for your people to leave things off. Get it together.

It's official. Pizza parlors are falling to the waste side. I love Domino's, but the service I received was rather wrong. I might have over reacted, but heat and anger had set in. If I'm paying you my hard earned money for a service I expect the proper service. Not somebody standing at the counter looking at me and ignoring me!

Ordered my dinner from the dominos app without any issue...after placing my order someone called from the store then proceeded to tell me they refused to deliver to the particular hotel I am staying at...they said they can cancel my order and a refund would be issued 24 hours later....but if I wanted to pick it up they would still have to cancel the order and charge me a different price....I am unable to pay for the same meal twice in one night....so I guess I just won't be eating tonight...
