Went in today and was promptly greeted (great!) When I stepped to the counter to order I see a sign that says ," We won't serve RUDE customers, put your phone away"... the employees stood over by the drive thru talking at length about personal business, while I waited to be helped. There was nobody else there (customers) yet I had to wait, patiently, as they talked and took a while to come help me. They looked at me, knowing I was there. They need better service.

Placed an online order for a Turkey Italiano sub that was supposed to have pepperoni and genoa salami with the Turkey but recieved a turkey only sub. They didnt say they were out of any of the other ingredients, so I guess they just didnt read the online order correctly

Great place if you want a quality sandwich. Never was exited about sandwiches until I started eating at subway. Would recommend.

Staff are very nice, let us use two coupons at the window. Need to call the cash saver and get transferred to the subway witch can be a pain. Never got a bad looking sandwich or wrong toppings from phone order. I call in every Sunday for the past 4mo! 10/10

By far the worse subway in Texarkana. Always slow, they will never awnser the drive thru usually sit there for over 10 min before anyone acknowledges you. One guy smashes a horsefly on the make board and didn’t change or clean the board. Food is good but it’s kinda hard to mess up a sandwich.

It's inside a grocery store, so it's not exactly the quick stop off the highway we were looking for, but it was clean, good service, quality sandwich ingredients.
