Horrible service. Took 40 min to get our food. They forgot about us then acted like we were lying. Glad I had my receipt. Order was wrong, they didn't care to fix it. Restaurant was dirty. Guess it will be another year before we eat there.

I ordered number one thru driveway. As I checked my food no tomatoes or sour cream sauce! Dry taco's a little lettuce and meat! As I sit in window and checked my food then I sent it back to fix it right!

I didn't like the fact that I did a mobile order, and I still had to wait 30 minutes plus the 15 minutes it took me to get there. If you're in a hurry I suggest you go elsewhere. Then when we tried to ask the girl about our order she acted like she had an attitude.

Good Customer service...I enjoy using the app and having my order ready for me when I get there. The build your own box is perfect for lunch.

Picking up a delivery order in drive through. When i pull up they have music playing loud that involves cussing and other vulgar language. There is customers at the counter waiting including children. They were dancing and screaming at each other about orders . The were very unprofessional. Location st Michaels drive.

Do not go here they can't get anything right menu isn't lit and hard to see lady at window couldn't tell us witch drinks was which and failed to give us any sauce not the wrong sauce but literally not one packet

Yooo just an fyi but as of 3/15/22 there's a hella cute light skin chick that works the drive-thru on the nightshift, just putting it out there bros 😻😻😉 and the food is ok, I mean it's Taco Bell so you know what you're getting yourself into lol 🌮🌮🌮😅
