Great new technology for contactless ordering. Modern appearing and cool vibe. Plexiglass is up between the customer and the workers. Great customer service from employees and manager. Floor is greasy appearing though throughout the entire restaurant. Nasty appearing restroom. Scared to touch anything.

This is the closest McDonald's to my house but I often avoid it because it is either understaffed and very slow (one day the lobby was just closed and locked because they didn't have enough staff) or the way the drive through works is very irritating. It's a two lane system that makes it almost impossible to be served in order of arrival if they are busy. The one and only bright spot is the wonderful lady who usually takes my money at the first window named Charsity (apologies if I didn't get the spelling correct). She is always amazing and so nice and professional and effecient while still managing to chat and brighten your day. Much love to her and I hope all the employees can take after her lead.

The food didn't taste as fresh as it usually does and they forgot my fries and was told I could come and get it anytime this week. But this is to a person that stays at least 12 miles away and it was convenient to get food there at the time.

Horrible decision to stop. But honestly all McDonald’s are going down hill. But this in particular was filthy and the staff was loud and yelling.and sent out cheeseburger with meat and than processed raise their voice to my wife bout it when she told them.

Customer Service is better than it was. Couple times I went before close. About 15 to 20 minutes before actual close time. No one answered in drive thru and they were in there playing around.

I went through the drive-thru, placed my order, drove to the first window where I was greeted and I paid for my food. I pulled forward to the second window where I was again greeted, given my food and drink and wished a nice day. The order was exactly as I ordered it.

No one up here knows how to have any kind of customer service. The order is 99% of the time wrong. When you bring it to their attention they make sure you know how you are putting them out. Don't go here unless you want to be treated rudely and have your order wrong.
