The sweetest lady ever works here. She is the pretty lady with short hair & welcoming smile. Her service & awesome attitude always makes for such a positive experience here. Never had an issue with my order at this location. It is always right and fresh but being treated so well while being there always makes this my go to location. So thank you ma'am for always being so positive and awesome!!!!

I've been there many times before and always got great food. Today, I called in an order at 4 for a 6:15 pick up. I went there 6:12 it was ready. Drove it 5 minutes home, and the wings were dry and either OVER cooked or maybe old ? So dry and crunchy made me choke. Manager (over phone) Remake or Refund? I said I don't want to come back tonight, so refund. REFUND means I have to bring it back < I don't want to move from recliner after working 10 hours! I still have the food- it is inedible. First time getting bad food there. I was polite, manager was rude. Never going back!

Nice clean place. Also nice to see more white people on staff. Five star! The only thing I could really see wrong with this place, is they don't have a dress code for their employees. The guy waiting on me today had a long beard with long hair past the shoulders and all of his fingernails were long, pointed and painted black with glitter all over them

So, I initially gave this location 4 stars, but I have rescinded that rating due to a major discrepancy and poor customer service. I ordered 3 combo meals. When I picked up my order one of the meals was missing, I didn't get the large fries that we ordered, and one of the meals was supposed to be boneless, needless to say it was not. When we called to have the order corrected we were immediately put on hold, the employee who answered the phone was rude and inconsiderate, when we asked for the manager we were placed on hold again. When the manager finally answered he/she was abruptly short with us and was unwilling to understand what our plight was. When we asked for a remake he told us to bring the food back as if we were lying. Unfortunately, I do not think I will be going back to that location.

My husband and I went to the stateline store at 10 pm on a Friday, my husband eats just the flaps on the bone-in wings. The lady at the register said they couldn't cook just the flaps (we get them everytime we go) my husband asked why that was and she rudely said they were too busy for special orders. I dont understand the difference between cooking the flaps and drums and just the flaps, so you have to remove the drums, or just use them for another order since they apparently were busy. They definitely lost my business, if she was nicer about it, maybe it wouldn't be like this.
