This is the best stocked and most efficient starbucks ive ever frequented. The A shift manager runs a tight ship striving to better the preformance of her shift.

Rave: They make a great Matcha Latte
Rant: They only filled my grande up 3/4 the way. Why am I paying full price and getting ripped off.
I even gave them a $5 tip on 2 drinks. Extremely disappointed

Probably the dirtiest Starbucks I’ve seen. I’m he restrooms were in need of attention, the straw was pretty much empty, I overheard an employee telling a customer that they were out of the a few items for his beverage order, and on this visit I found that the orders, even for the same item, we’re not consistent, employees were on cell phones and the entire lobby needed tables wiped and floors cleaned.

I always stop here on my way out of TX. Their drive through service is never good but when I walk in it’s lovely. They are always out of the substitute milk, but usually recommend a fun new drink.

Very nice staff. I wanted something cold like a tea. They had Chai tea. I ordered it. It was a Chai tea LATTE. Horrible - just horrible. I have been going to Starbucks since the 1990's. (Use to go to the Starbucks in Memphis at BookStar on Popular. I even went to Starbucks in London UK eventhough my friends thought Pret was better.) I have never had to send back a drink for a redo but I did this time. The barista made me a peach lemonade. Much better.

Extremely fast service even though they're a lot of foot traffic. Bagels are soft and glorious! Bathrooms are clean. Customer service us also great but parking lot is ridiculous! Small and packed. At least they have a drive thru.

We utilized the drive through to place and receive our order. The young lady standing at the speaker placing orders was helpful, friendly, informative and an asset to Starbucks. We received our drinks and enjoyed them very much. We will definitely return to try other items.

very bad service, didn’t warm my food up. Worker literally put her nose in my bag with my food smelling it. Workers had no gloves whatsoever.
