Big Jake's is a weekly treat .. I've tried several of their locations and the New Boston Rd location is my favorite. My go to is the ribs n toast .. but I also love the chopped brisket topped loaded baked potato. I can't have either without a side of the house made beans.. so good !!

Not from the area so wanted to try something local! Sausage was great and juicy. Brisket was good. Fries were definitely disappointing 😞 Potatoe Salad tasted like any other potatoes salad with mustard. (I ordered a #3)

I was visiting my brother and he took us to Big Jake's for lunch. The BEST barbecue I have ever had. Tender, moist and delicious chopped beef and the beans are to die for. The employees were super nice and welcoming! I wish I could give them 6 stars.

The food is always served hot. Help yourself to the bean pot, and they are uuuuumm good. Wife and I eat here frequently. You must try the fried apple pies. They are a real treat. Pork, beef brisket, or chicken, this is the place for it.

I went here the other day. My order was wrong. I called up there and a supervisor named Jacob told me that there was nothing he could do. He then told me that his supervisor might help me if she wants to. I told him never mind I would just make this post instead. So if your order is wrong IF they want to help you they will, if not you're just out of luck. Poor customer service. Rude and highly recommend not going here.....

No one offered for me to speak to a manager nobody offered for anybody to fix the order and nobody offered a gift card for sure. The fact that you are lying about what happened just tells all. Wow

I bought Barbeque ribs to go. I have bought in the past and they were fine. When you buy food to go you need to look at it before you leave. They were dried out. Was very disappointed. I had to throw them away.

Great food. But be ready for a up charge on beef. could try the pork if not affordable . I love there sweet potato fry's.
