To start, will I go back. Yes.
At one time Olive Garden was an upper scale place to eat out. It has changed over time. The service was very nice. The pasta meals were good. The "new" shrimp plate started out good however left a bitter after taste. They are known for their salads and bread... not this time.
I would give this spot 3.5 out of 5.
Worth going but has some hiccups.

Ordered soup and salad. Was brought wrong soup. Reported to waitress who insisted it was not. She brought manager to table who also insisted it was correct. Looked up menu on website and showed the waitress the description of ingredients in their soups. No response. Very poor service all around. Will not return.

Went to Olive Garden today with my boyfriend and we had a great experience. Our waitress, Ciera, did a fantastic job taking care of us. She was really on top of it making sure we had everything we needed and that our drinks stayed refreshed. And she did it all with a very pleasant and friendly attitude. She was a great example of good customer service.

The food was very good and we had a great waiter! One horrible thing though was one of the managers. You think the manager would be welcoming and nice, but this was not the case! JENNIFER was terribly rude and pointed her finger at one of the members of our table. We asked for bread several times and she said she just put some in the oven multiple times! She was not welcoming at all and was very unprofessional!!

Placed an order to go over the phone. I called back to add some items. Each time they were friendly and efficient. I received everything that we ordered and appropriate sides and utensils. Food was good.

Hostess told us there were no booths available. We pointed at the empty booths across from the table she led us to. We reluctantly sat at the small table in the middle of the dining area and watched the hostess begin seating customers at the very booths we pointed to. Literally two minutes after she forced us to sit at a table. Next time, if there is a next time, we will simply say no and leave.

1pm arrival to celebrate my son's birthday but the experience was not up to par. Restaurant was not busy, but we were felt rushed out by server. My son didn't even feel comfortable opicking his free dessert. We will not return, any time soon.
