Burger King

I didn’t even want to give this place a star. The first time I went there I placed my order. And gave the lady my coupon and she still charged me full price for everything and then I went again today after ordering online. And when I walked in I told them I ordered online well after trying to give the food out at drive threw which I was in the restaurant and I had to scream hello that’s my order because the guy at the front counter was not paying attention Then The female worker pretty much threw my drinks on the counter without marking which one was what and then pretty much threw my food on the counter and walked away which in return I sadly loudly we’ll have a good day ma’am. Then I get home and one of the whoppers it said extra onions and they put zero onions on it like how hard is it to read. Well needless to say I will never be going back to this one Burger King again. After the two bad customer services experience I have had here not once but twice.

This Burger King is just a couple minutes from my house. I ordered four meals through the drive-thru and before pulling away, I had to let them know they forgot something. They were apologetic. But, then, I got home, which was literally minutes away, and my food was SO COLD it was as if it was in the refrigerator. The bun on my sandwich tasted like it was several weeks old. The fries tasted old. It was not anywhere near the quality I have experienced at other Burger Kings over the years. Very disappointing.
