Waffle House

I attempted to call 6 times to place a take out order with no answer so i went inside to order. They only had 3 tables occupied and 2 take out orders waiting on their order. Tables were dirty with dishes still on them. High counter was unable to be sat at due to dishes and not being wiped down. Some staff appeared to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Ill visit again in a couple of months and see if my rating changes, hopefully management will get their store under control.

It's sad to say that I must edit this. It has really been bugging me to not say anything. But after this experience, we will not be going back to this location. I literally heard our server call our order exactly like we ordered it. When it got to the table it was all messed up. I would have eaten mine had the sausage on top been cooked completely. I asked them to remake it trying to be polite because I don't ever want to purposely be rude to anyone. So here's where it gets interesting. The server NEVER came back to the table. She didn't bring my husband but half of his food. I finally got up at work ask about it and she walked away. That is when I noticed that they weren't even cooking my food! When we were paying she honestly thought we were going to pay for food we never got. She even said "what did I not bring you". I could understand if you were busy or short staffed. But neither one was the case. We came in for dinner tonight. There weren't many customers at all, yet the entire right side of the restaurant was blocked off and completely trashed. The girl working that side said they were working on cleaning up that side. So we sat in the only available booth. Another couple had come in behind us and sat at the bar. It was pretty evident that our server Rebecca was the only one interested in working. She was on top of it too. She did her best to get everyone what they needed. Unfortunately the other couple got tired of waiting and left. There was absolutely no reason the server working the right side couldn't have waited on them. When we left after our meal was over, not one table had been cleaned. Thank you Rebecca for being the only person with work ethic. You did a remarkable job ma'am.

Top of the line service, and friendly staff. If you're looking for a waffle house that not only cares about work ethic but also about the cleanliness of their store then look no further. With tons of orders everyday, and arguably as many regulars, I have yet to see them falter. I recommend this particular location to everyone. The staff are skilled at what they do and it is very comforting to me that every person who works here is adept in engaging in meaningful conversation, should that be your interest while you eat a quality meal that I dare say could stand up and win against anything produced by some of the reputable rival restaurants. At the end of the day, it's up to you guys to decide but you can't do that until you try it, and trying it is something I implore you to do. Stay frosty friends.

Clean, friendly servers, good cooks. Edit: second visit, and again, great cooks. The food here is perfect, eggs are exactly how you want them, the bacon is crispy and not burned, the hash browns aren't greasy or soggy, waffles have a solid portion of fixins like pecans/blueberries. I got the chicken hash brown bowl and the chicken cuts were truly America's best chicken.
