I had the BEST Experience, Julian was so nice and kind he was patient with me and made sure me and my kids left happy plus the smoothies taste like heaven : ) …. P.S. Julian deserves a raise (wink)

Smoothies were SPOILED!!!! Rotten fruit and spinach. No employee wore gloves or washed hands prior to preparation!!! The most vile experience ever!

The beverage quality was great. Don’t know the 2 girls who were closing, but I do thank them for accommodating me especially when I came in mins to closing.

Worst service I've gotten in a long time. Not only was I required to wear a mask after the mandate was lifted, but you have to leave a tip BEFORE getting your order, leaving you pressured to leave a tip or risk getting a below average order. Stick with TROPICAL SMOOTHIE. Service is way better and

Definitely not a place I'll be going back to. Customer service is lacking and I feel it has more to do with management and not so much the employees behind the counter. When a customer doesn't feel valued in an establishment they have no business being there. Tropical smoothie allllllll the way.
