Cafe Roul has easily become one of my go to places. They have a variety of drinks to accompany any of their delicious meals including warm sandwiches and waffles. I highlt recommend this place, as well as their caramel macchiato and the tuna melt.

Monthly rotating drink specials, if you order to go. The music is not loud or obnoxious making it a perfect study spot. Got the Hokaido Matcha and it was delicious! Leans towards the sweet side which I normally don't care for. But still good.
Smallish quiet place for coffee and sweet bites, they have matcha waffles & drinks plus several coffees. Friendly service, street parking or at the back.
Great study spot. Only some tables have an outlet close to them for charging. Play lofi beats for the study vibes. Drinks are a bit pricey.
