Starbucks

Every time I come here the coffee is consistently too dark. Tastes burnt almost. Regardless of the coffee, staff are very friendly and the orders do come out on time. Might suggest having more employees to clean up a bit more. I understand the mall is busy so there’s always a lot of people coming in and out but it would be helpful if the tables and seating were clean and orderly rather than messy.

Got a drink before work and decided to try something new. At first it was okay and then it just got too much overwhelming so I stopped drinking it. I got super busy at work and wasn’t able to go back so I called a few hours later after only having a few sips to see if they would remake it. Sabrina answered and was the sweetest person I had ever talked to she had no hesitation of remaking it and wrote it down in case she wasn’t near when I went in to get the drink so her team knew. They were all so sweet and understanding. Keep up the positive work everyone, thank you Sabrina and team for all your understanding!!

Alexis B is literally such a sweetheart! I felt so welcomed into this location & these days it’s kind of hard to feel this way in any establishment. She had such a bright smile when I approached the counter & I’m not even from around this area so it really did mean a lot to me. Not to be dramatic but my entire experience was amazing based off of this one woman. I pray that she is blessed beyond measure, we need people like her everywhere! The other two girls with her were also friendly & exchanges warm smiles with me but Alexis took care of me from beginning to end. SHE DESERVES A RAISE! 🙌🏼 What may seem like a small gesture to one person but means a lot more to someone else. Thank you Alexis for not only making my morning but also my entire day. ♥️

Located inside Arizona Mills Mall. Great staff, friendly and upbeat. Drinks made perfect. Busy place, ordering took a bit of time, which is to be expected. But what was not expected was the cleanliness of this Starbucks. Not up to standard. Management might need to add more staff. Nobody wants to sit down with their pricey delicious drink when it's dirty everywhere.

Ordered a mango dragon fruit drink. It was made appropriately and was delivered within an acceptable time window. Since this location is within the Arizona Mills mall it was very crowded and the line went out the door. Could clearly see the staff working quickly to keep with demand and was impressed with their accurate turn around and customer service.
