I came in right after they opened. I could see that they were already making call-in orders, but I was served almost immediately. Because I was gonna take this with me to the airport, they helped in giving me "the juice" and mayo on the side and wrapped up in plastic. I have already consumed half and it's just as expected.

Great customer service & fast service when you're a walk-in order. The workers are so nice. They have the best Philly cheese steak & the cold subs taste amazing. Way better than subway. I can't believe I just found out about this place. The food is always fresh. The downside is that there's never soap in the bathroom & tables aren't always clean.

Have come here almost once a week since moving nearby.. they are awesome every time... so I got the Giant this time, $20 after tip. Dude with glasses ive never seen before stiffed me hard on the tuna, didn't spend $20 for prolly less than one can of tuna, and he did not add anything I requested besides Mike's way.. I will now turn around to in n out when I see him behind the counter. [Didn't notice til I got home, ill check everytime now].

Great service here and my large to go order for a teenage girls soccer team was ready promptly, all sandwiches labeled with fun plays on some names (Gigi was labeled GI Joe! Lol, the girls loved it)

I am a regular at this shop. The employee turnover is kinda high but the service has never been an issue. The ingredients are way better than other sub shops and the store is cleaner than other restaurants in the area.
Portion size; Me and my wife split a giant sub and it is way more than enough for 2 people.

It’s so nice to know that there still is a ‘Deli’ where you can purchase a Fresh Sandwich with Fresh Cut Meats and Cheeses and topped with freshly cut vegetables.
The Service is Amazing... I truly enjoy how they make a point of greeting you as you walk in the door. They Truly appreciate their loyal guests.
Jay was very friendly, professional and efficient. He made my sandwich so quick and neat - Thanks Jay.
The Store is very clean and atmosphere is Awesome - Watching the Game while enjoying my Sandwich!

I went here because I had a coupon for a free sandwich. I will say that it worked as I fully intend on returning on my own accord. First off, the ingredients were very flavorful and high quality. I really liked the selection of toppings and sauces available so I could customize my sandwich as I pleased. Regardless of how good the sandwich was, the customer service I received was even better with the workers devoting the entirety of their attention toward me and making sure my every need was met. I wish I got their names so I can personally acknowledge them, but I encourage them to keep up the good work!
