Here's the deal...I've never been to a Smashburger before and will be back...to this one, for sure. Corporate can thank Melvin for my loyalty. He greeted every single person that came through the door. His attentiveness included QAQCing the line cooks, filling ice, preparing lemonade, iced tea, clearing tables, assisting in taking orders, checking on patrons, and more. In fact, a woman came in for a mobile order and he was conscientious enough to offer her something to drink while she waited. Ive never seen this before and watched this dude never stop for close to an hour. While I bet he doesn't own this franchise location, Smashburger would do well to invest in him and whoever he brings on. If you own this location, I hope you know the value in this guy. I'm giving 4 stars for food because I got a single patty when I ordered the double. Still, it was a doggone good burger and Melvin made my day.

I like it a lot. The burger are the best fast food burgers in the state. Fries are ok. They have these cool smash fries that have some rosemary on it that is good. They also have tatertots. I don't know why but they have Brussel sprouts, never tried em. They have a Mac and cheese burger that is absolutely bussin. You don't even need to clean up because there are waiters. Also friendly staff. Would recommend. (except maybe the brussel sprouts.)

Quickly becoming one of my favorite places to get a burger. For a bit more than the fast food chains you get a better value on quality and price. Their sweet potato fries are one of my favorites. Still need to try their wings. Wished they had kids size burgers without the meal.

Best turkey burgers and brussels sprouts at any fast food place. They quickly replied and refunded our money for incorrect and missing item. We will continue to order from here.

National cheeseburger day single. Good but not great! I’d get it again. Better than a McDonald’s double cheeseburger. First time trying non-dairy shake. Pretty good. Maybe too sweet for some.

Had a minor issue with my order previously. I let them know what happened and the next time I came in I was accommodated for the mistake. The manager on duty went above and beyond with helping me and compensated our whole meal. I really appreciated it

We traveled all the way from Wisconsin for a speech tournament & stumbled on Smashburger—Steven went out of his way to give us a great dining experience! He was SO KIND and the food was OUT OF THIS WORLD. If we are ever back in Phoenix, I will make a point of returning to get another outstanding burger and chat time with Steven. Thank you so much!! Staff was phenomenal and very happy to greet customers while engaging with them politely. Food was served very quickly and tasted pretty good as well. Atmosphere is what you'd expect from a chain restaraunt but a good place go to in a pinch where you know staff will take care of you.

AD was an amazing host. He was very welcoming, made a great recommendation, and checked on us several times. He was a sparkling highlight to a great lunch. The food was great too. We would definitely come back.

$$ Great burgers, tad on the pricey side but worth every penny. Come check this place out. I only gave 4 start because the staff didn't promote Wednesday date nite 2 for $15 which could have saved us $7.50. My loss is your gain, so enjoy.
